Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy – pdx.ae
pdx.ae reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request.

Please report any claims for items that are damaged on delivery or missing within 12 hours of receiving your order.

Is My Product Eligible for Return?

All products sold on pdx.ae are eligible for return unless otherwise stated on the product page. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature — for example, assembled PCs (as individual components are unboxed and used during assembly).

If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of your order date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product has been used, the original box has been opened, or the seal has been removed, your return will be declined unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the item must be returned with the original box, manuals, and all included accessories.

If your item meets the return conditions, you can initiate your return request via the Order History section in your pdx.ae account.

Our returns team will reach out to you within 24 hours to validate your claim. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a courier to collect the return from your location.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order directly from your user account on pdx.ae.

If the cancellation option is not visible, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat for assistance.

We encourage you to cancel orders as early as possible. Sharing your reason for cancellation helps us improve and serve you better in the future.

Payment Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved for return.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 10 business days to reflect.
  • Refunds to a bank account typically take 1-5 business days to appear.

If your return is for reasons other than a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be responsible for covering any applicable delivery charges, import fees, and duties.
