Our warranty policy ensures you are covered against defects in materials, design, or workmanship after purchasing your product.

Each product’s specific warranty terms are displayed directly on its product page at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Warranty Repair

If your item is eligible for repair, you can submit a warranty request through the Service Requests page in your pdx.ae account.

Our warranty team will contact you within 24 hours to validate your claim and assist with troubleshooting. If the issue persists, we will arrange a courier pickup of the defective item at no extra charge.

Important: For electronic devices containing personal data, please ensure you back up your files, remove any passwords, and erase personal information before sending the item for repair. Failing to do so may prevent the repair from being carried out.

Warranty Coverag

Our warranty is valid with global coverage.

Repair Timelines

Once the approved repair center receives your item, it will be inspected and diagnosed.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, you can expect to receive your repaired item within 18 business days. In some cases, it may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is covered by pdx.ae if:

  • The item is still under warranty, and
  • The issue is covered by the warranty, and
  • The item is shipped from the same country where it was delivered.

If you purchased your item in one country and are now located in another, shipping costs for warranty claims will not be covered in that case.

Repair Costs

  • If your item is under warranty and the issue is covered, your repair will be free of charge.
  • If your item cannot be repaired but is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will offer a replacement (from the same seller). If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the issue is not covered (e.g., accidental damage) or the warranty is voided, the authorized repair vendor will provide you with a quote. You can choose to:
    • Approve the repair (charges apply), or
    • Have the item returned to you free of charge without repair.

Payment for out-of-warranty repairs and any delivery fees must be made before the repair process begins.

Check Repair Status

You can track your repair status by following the instructions in the confirmation email or by visiting the Service Requests page in your pdx.ae account.

Warranty Terms

  • Your contact details (name, email, return address) will be shared with the approved repair vendor solely for the purpose of completing the repair. We ensure they comply with data protection laws.
  • Not all products come with a warranty — always check the product listing before purchase.
  • Repair or replacement does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • Time taken for customer approvals or information requests is not included in the repair turnaround time (TAT).
  • Customers must ensure all information provided in the warranty claim is accurate.

Warranty is voided in the following cases:

  • Damage due to misuse or failure to follow usage instructions
  • Liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Use of the product outside its intended purpose (e.g., using graphics cards for cryptocurrency mining)

Customers must ensure items are packed safely in their original box or protective packaging before return.

If the item is damaged during transit due to poor packaging, pdx.ae will not be responsible, and the item will be returned without service.
